Project facilities include two Clubhouses to serve two large swimming pools and two fitness centers, 24-hour security guards and CCTV, car parking, Greenery Bicycles and any others.

To rent only 12,000 baht per month with refundable deposit for a minimum 1-year rental contract. The Contract can be made for different rental duration with a minimum of 1 month. The rental rates will be increased in case of shorter duration. (The fee already consists of monthly maintenance fees.)

The rental rate excludes basic utilities based on monthly actual usage (electricity according to the invoice from the Provincial Electricity Authority and water according to the invoice from the Project Office.
